Privacy Policy

Data We Collect

StoreCheck and CostPilot Pro access only publicly visible storefront data needed for scanning: page HTML, JavaScript errors, resource loading performance, and visual element visibility. We do not access, store, or transmit customer personal information, order details, or payment data.

Data We Store

• Shop domain name (for identifying your store)
• Scan results (issue counts, health scores, performance metrics)
• Subscription status (free or Pro)
• Number of scans used

Data We Do NOT Store

• Customer names, emails, or addresses
• Order history or payment information
• Store admin credentials or access tokens beyond OAuth scope
• Any information from the Shopify Admin panel

Data Sharing

We do not share your store data with any third party. All scan data is stored securely on our servers and is accessible only to you through the StoreCheck app.

Data Deletion

When you uninstall StoreCheck or CostPilot Pro, all your store data is automatically and permanently deleted.
